Founded in 2009 by Björn Schwind, ZEIT FÜR BROT began as a passion-driven bakery dedicated to organic principles and genuine craftsmanship. With Berlin’s Dirk Steiger championing the vision since 2012, and now under the guidance of Managing Director Stephan Heinrich, the bakery has established itself not just as a local favorite but as a leader in urban bread culture.
